Habitat is a consultancy studio for hospitality investment and management, based in İstanbul. We were built to bring discipline-led consulting to a region experiencing its most ambitious hospitality moment in a generation. Our work begins with the conviction that great places are built deliberately, by people who care about each decision.

What we do
We work with owners, developers, investors, and operators on the decisions that determine whether a hospitality venture endures. The practice is structured across six disciplines and four engagement models. The scope ranges from short advisory mandates to multi-year embedded partnerships. We work selectively, taking on engagements where our involvement can shape the outcome.

Habitat is a practice in its first chapter. We were founded in 2025 to bring discipline-led consulting to a region in the middle of its most ambitious hospitality moment in a generation. The work we take on now — and the standards we set — will shape what the studio becomes by 2030, 2035, and beyond. We are building Habitat at the same horizons we ask our clients to build their ventures: deliberately, patiently, and with intent.
